Lieschen’s Ladies Stretching Class:

Come get flexible from the comfort of your own home!  I offer two classes that are LIVE on ZOOM that is done primarily on the ground and two classes LIVE on ZOOM that is done standing and with a chair.  Focus is on slow controlled stretching and dynamic stretching.

Monday and Wednesday at 9:45-10:30 am Central

Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00-10:30 am Central
