Hi, I’m Lieschen Wienke…
I am a fierce lover of life, golf, and the all the people walking through my world! I know how busy life can get, especially finding time for getting in your exercise and eating well. I have a genuine interest in assisting people to find their version of a Healthy lifestyle and a golf game to be proud of!
Since 2005, I have been working with people of all ages to achieve personal goals for their fitness and nutrition. I have advanced my skills in the fitness world by obtaining certifications such as, NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), NASM Corrective Exercise, SPIN Pilates, TPI (Titleist Performace Institute) Level 1 and Level 2, Precision Nutrition Level 1, and NESTA just to name a few.

I gained flexibility
I‘m currently a 6 handicap. I wasn’t sure how much Lieschen could help me. After concluding 18 sessions with Lieschen, I‘m looking forward to the upcoming golf season with great anticipation. Lost 13 lbs, gained muscle & stronger bones!
Since I started working out with Lieschen, I’ve lost 13 pounds (reaching & maintaining my goal weight), lost several inches (off my waist, hips, thighs), reduced my body fat by several percentage points, increased my strength tremendously (I actually have some muscles now!), and best of all … I no longer have osteopenia — the onset of osteoporosis! I’d been diagnosed several years before I began working out, but within 2 years of weights and resistance training with Lieschen, my bone density was in the “normal” range and I was off all meds! Oh and I have also lowered my golf handicap!
