For the past decade, I have been working one on one with people of all ages and stages. As a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer, I understand that everyone is unique and a “one size fits all” approach is not the best way to help my clients achieve their fitness goals. Although I’ve trained clients of all ages, I found that I enjoy working most with the 40 and up age group. Regular exercise has proven to be the most effective way to maintain strength and vitality that we all want. Based on a personal evaluation to determine your health history, fitness goals, and physical limitations, I will customize a personal fitness program that will help you progress toward your goals and build the strength and endurance to enjoy your daily life.
Today, I train at Fitness Quest in Bloomington, offering a wide-range of personal training services. Fitness progress isn’t about how fast your can get there. It is about getting there safely, methodically, and enjoyably. My goal as a trainer isn’t about getting you to a finish line. It is about making fitness a part of who you are.
